As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives that ensure Healthbridge delivers secure, reliable, and trusted solutions for healthcare organizations. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence to build products that meet the needs of providers, payers, and care teams.

You will partner closely with engineering, healthcare stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and drive solutions that improve data quality, reduce operational risk, and support better healthcare collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap initiatives focused on healthcare data quality, risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Translate complex healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.

• Partner with engineering, data, and operational teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements.

• Establish frameworks to monitor product quality, identify risks, and improve reliability across Healthbridge’s platform.

• Develop processes and capabilities that improve data accuracy, completeness, governance, and trust across healthcare data exchange workflows.

• Collaborate with healthcare organizations, internal stakeholders, and end users to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, including requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, execution, and iteration.

• Support development of scalable product processes that enable Healthbridge to grow while maintaining quality and trust.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, healthcare operations, risk management, quality improvement, or a related field.

• Experience building and managing products in complex, regulated environments.

• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technology products from concept through launch.

• Experience working with healthcare data, clinical workflows, payer/provider systems, or healthcare technology platforms.

• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

• Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-informed product decisions.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, operational challenges, and the complexities of healthcare data exchange.

• Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory considerations.

• Understanding of healthcare interoperability concepts, including standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

• Understanding of product management practices including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, experimentation, and metrics-driven decision-making.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements such as HIPAA and healthcare data privacy best practices.

Abilities

• Ability to translate complex business, clinical, and technical challenges into clear product strategies and actionable requirements.

• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to independently drive ambiguous initiatives and create alignment across teams.

• Ability to identify risks early and develop practical solutions that improve product quality and reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building healthcare SaaS, interoperability, data exchange, or platform products.

• Experience working with clinical, claims, or operational healthcare data.

• Experience with quality measurement frameworks, healthcare analytics, or value-based care models.

• Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers and complex implementations.

• Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth technology companies.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000 USD.
